  1. Wear loose, comfortable clothing - leggings, t-shirt, sweatshirt, jumper/fleece would be ideal.
  2. Bring:
    • an old towel (for the massage)
    • a refillable water bottle
    • notepad & pen (if you like taking notes)
    • warm or non-slip socks (the centre is a shoe-free zone)
